How do I contact Colorful & Hip Designs? TOP
Currently I'm only accepting correspondence via email. I will answer all emails in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours.

What is shipping cost? TOP
I will ship ALL orders for $7.00 via US Priority Mail regardless of the size of your order. No hidden shipping charges - $7.00 Flat Rate Fee!
When should I expect my order? TOP
Please allow 7-14 days for shipping once final draft is approved by customer.
Do you offer discounts? TOP
Definitely! All cards sold in sets of 25 are given at a discounted rate when you purchase 50 or more. Business & Rep Cards are also given at a discounted rate after the minimum order of 250 for Business Cards & 50 for Rep cards. Please see pricing for more information.
Will my order come with envelopes? TOP
Absolutely! Your choice of white or parchment envelopes with all announcements & invitations at no extra charge.
Can I request color & font changes? TOP
YES!
Please feel free to request ANY changes you want. Your design is totally 100%
customizable to your liking. If you like a birth announcement but need a
birthday party invite - no problem just request that design # & I will
create your design as you like! Your satisfaction is my top priority.
Do I receive a template of my design with my order? TOP
No. I do not sell, share or distribute my designs. All my designs are mine. My time & creativity went into creating these designs so I would appreciate no selling of my work. You may not reproduce or modify my designs in any way for either personal or commercial use. Copying someone's work is a violation of copyright. If you see my work on another website, please inform me at admin@colorfulhipdesigns.com
Do you have a minimum order for your cards? TOP
Yes. All announcements & invitations regardless of size is a minimum order of 25, business cards 250 & rep cards 50.
Will my personal information be private? TOP
Absolutely!
When you visit Colorful & Hip Designs, we collect your IP address &
standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you
accessed on our website.
I value my customer's privacy, Colorful & Hip Designs will not in any way
share, sell or redistribute our customer's private information.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
No. I'm currently not accepting any international orders - this is subject to change in the future.
Will you accept a professional photograph? TOP
Yes. Only with a signed release from
the photographer.
