When you visit Colorful & Hip Designs.com, we collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.

I value my customer’s privacy; Colorful & Hip Designs will not in any way share, sell or redistribute our customer’s private information.

All payment information is obtained via PayPal. To process your payments, PayPal will share some of your personal information with Colorful & Hip Designs, only your contact information, date of sign-up, the number of payments you have received from verified PayPal users, and whether you have verified control of a bank account are displayed to other PayPal users who you transact with through PayPal.

PayPal may provide Colorful & Hip Designs with the shipping address for the goods and your confirmed credit card billing address to complete your transaction. Colorful & Hip Designs is not allowed to use this information to market their services to you unless you have agreed to it.

PayPal works with merchants to enable them to accept payments from you using PayPal. When ordering from Colorful & Hip Designs you are giving permission for me to use the design created for you to display on our website. I occasionally add designs created for customers & I will remove all identifiable personal information from the design. If you do not want your design to be displayed on our site please check the “Do not agree” box on the order form.

You may not reproduce or modify my designs in any way for either business or personal use.
